He works exclusively with the rich choice of local South Le Marche products – from delicious seafood and fish to wonderful pasta and Marche wines. You might also want to try our typical Le Marche rich “Aperitivo”, where we serve a tasting of Italian fingerfood and drinks. However our chef is ready to prepare either a quick and simple dish or one of his speciality “Menu di Degustazione”, a lunch or dinner with a choice of starters, first and second courses and “dolci”, the Italian deserts.
